Request Meeting Space

Requesting space in the Minsitry Building and or Church for a Ministry gathering:

  • Submit completed form at least 1 week prior to the date of the fuction.  
  • Space is NOT confirmed until the office contacts you with a confirmation.
  • Holy Cross DOES NOT rent our facilities for private gatherings: wedding receptions, parties, meeting etc.  
  • All meetings with children under the age of 18 must follow ALL DIOCESAN GUIDELINES.
  • Ministries are responsible for all clean up and to return the room to the original set up, garbage must be removed at the end of each meeting.
  • If children are present adult supervision and an additional meeting room is required.
  • All meetings will conclude no later than 10PM
